ACCOUNT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT
How do I create an account?
To create an account, fill the registration form provided on the register page. You will be asked for a valid email address which will act as your username. You will be required to create a password too. After filling form, an activation link will be sent to your email.
I've created an account but haven't received my account verification email. What do I do?
Check your junk mail to see if the mail is there. If not, Go to the login page and click on Forgotten Password link. You will need to enter your email address again. An email with a link will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to unlock your account.
I want to create another Application. Do I need to create a new account?
No. You cannot create more than one account with the same email address. To create an account, log in with your registered email, and click on New Application.
How do I change my Profile Details?
You need to click on the 'Edit Profile' link at the top of the page
Can I choose the language I complete the application form in?
No, you must fill in the application form in English.
How do I save my application?
If all the questions in a section have been answered, you can click on the save button on the bottom of the page to save and remain in the section or the 'Next' button to save and move to the next section.
I completed my application but haven't received any confirmation from you. Did you get my application?
Please check for a Status of 'Complete' on the 'View My Applications' page.
What documents do I need?
You should check the Visa application guides on the Fees page at: http://www.ghanaembassy.nl/index.php/consular-section/consular-fees.html .
How do I cancel my application?
Provided you have not completed the Declaration section, you will have a Delete Application option via View My Applications. If you have signed the declaration you will not be able to delete the application. If this is the case you can leave the application, it will have no bearing on any other applications and will eventually be deleted by the system.
Can I make my appointment before my application is complete?
No. You can only make an appointment if your application is complete
